Smoking, Reader Comments
Reader comments about my page about smoking and its effects on psoriasis.
This page displays selected comments from readers of this site about the Smoking page.ST writes (May 6, 2000):
I quit smoking 10 days ago. I have had psoriasis for 14 years. By 5-6 years ago, I was getting quite bad flareups. The past few, I have avoided using any treatment and it has stayed pretty mild. I got to the point that I really believed that treatment made it worse and helped provoke flareups.
I got my first bad flareup yesterday after having none for years. I came across your page on the relation between smoking and psoriasis. Interestingly enough, my psoriasis started at the same time I started to smoke on a regular basis.
Thanks for making the info available and saving me time on doing (unnecessary research)
